Important Copyright Information

All images, by default, are photographed with the intent to license them to you and your business for commercial use. This means that you can use the images for the promotion of your business in any normal way (like your website, marketing materials, and social media). Anyone else is interested in using the photography and or media content produced, they need to purchase from me. 

As the photographer I retain all copyright to my photographs. This is commercial photography. I am happy to discuss with you building a complete catalog and acquiring a commercial license to use my future work as well.   

Selling additional licenses to other companies is part of my business and how I make a living.

Photographer retains all copyright and license of all content including but not limited to photography, video, graphic design, and media, photographer retains ownership of the work we create.

Full buyout of the copyright is available on request for an accordingly additional fee.

All commercial work is billed on the basis of a (1) Creative Fee or Day Rate, and (2) Image Fees including Standard Limited Client Usage License.

Custom digital work, can be billed on a per image basis, or a day rate depending in the commission. If you have a specific budget in mind for your project, please let us know and we can put together a custom quote for you.

Creative Fee: ½ Day $2500 (*min 4 hours)

Creative Fee: Full Day $5000 (up to 8 hours)

Image Fee: starts at $450

Includes: All images in high resolution, file organization, and a standard commercial usage license.

Rush Image Delivery Same Business Day +$250

Additional Retouching starts at $150/image

Retouching of images can include replacing backgrounds, removing distracting elements object retouching. The possibilities are endless.
