Is framing included?
Framing is available for an additional fee. We also encourage you to work with a local framing shop. It's a wonderful way to support a small business while reducing shipping costs and packaging materials.
Can I order additional prints?
Absolutely. Once your original photograph is created, additional prints of the same image are available in any size. You can order them now or years down the road.
Is there a limit to the size of my object?
From the smallest keepsake to something considerably larger, we're happy to explore the possibilities. If it fits in a shipping box, chances are we can photograph it!
Oversized objects may require an additional handling fee. Reach out to discuss the details before shipping.
Can I request a custom print size?
Of course. Every story is different, and your artwork should feel right for your space. Square formats and custom dimensions are available upon request.
Most custom sizes won't affect your price, although larger or specialty formats may require an additional investment.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is collected when your project enters production and covers photography, printing, and shipping.
All major credit cards accepted, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal. A small processing fee applies to credit card payments; Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay have no additional fee.
Can my photograph include more than one object?
Absolutely. Sometimes the most meaningful stories are told through a collection of objects.
Whether it's a parent's treasured belongings, a child's favorite things, or several pieces that share a common history, we can create a thoughtful composition that brings them together.
An additional creative fee may apply depending on the complexity of the arrangement.
